Center Point has approximately 6,230 square feet of office space to lease to community-oriented businesses. Space can be modified into suites, each with its own reception area, or into individual units for a one- or two-person business. Tenants who lease from Center Point will enjoy the close proximity to the Conference Center and its numerous meeting amenities.

The Center Point building has two levels: a main level facing NE 189th Street and a lower level accessible behind the building. Suite 100 is on our lower level, while suites numbered in the 200s are on the westside and suites in the 300s are on the eastside.
