- Table options: Twenty 5’ round tables or Twenty-two 8’ rectangular tables
- Buffet serving counter
- Sound equipment: two wired microphones and mixer
- Presentation items: retractable screen, projector, large movable whiteboard and flip chart
- Electronic media aids: Wi-Fi connection, projector, and retractable screen
- Piano
- Guest coat closet
- Private restrooms
- Small garden courtyard
